Cycling holiday
Cycle around Bornholm and get closer to nature and the picturesque towns along the coast. Bornholm has an extensive cycle path network stretching more than 230 kilometres. The coastal route around the island is 105 kilometres long, and the five Bornholm Danhostels are conveniently located to allow you to take one stage at a time.
Bicycle hire
Bicycles are available for hire at all Danhostels on Bornholm. If you have special requirements
such as bicycle trailer or children’s bicycles, it is a good idea to contact us in advance of your visit.
A couple of tips:
- Bornholm is very hilly so allow ample time for the routes you want to cycle
- Buses on Bornholm take bicycles as long as they have space
- A good map of the island is very useful even though you may have access to GPS on your mobile phone

Bornholm has many sights, but you do not have to visit them all in one week. Don’t miss the island’s
